Request a quiet room on a higher floor to avoid street noise for a more restful stay.

The room we were upgraded at no charge to was reasonably spacious and huge and included TV set with satellite channels, climate control and an individual safe. The most important was the staff - exceptionally kind and pleasant people. The location seemed favourable near everything.

Our room was neat and brand-new, greatly enjoyed it. The bathroom was amazing and good. The staff was professional and responsive providing assistance.

The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to Robinson's Fuente and lots of eateries nearby. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the place, even though the floors could use a bit more dusting. The staff were accommodating, answering all my questions promptly. The hot shower worked well, and the air conditioning felt refreshing after a long day out. On the downside, our room had a pillar that blocked airflow from the aircon. WiFi was available, but it barely worked in our room. I had to go to the lobby for a decent connection. It's a great spot for convenience but could improve in room design and connectivity.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was VERY VERY NICE, and the rooms were reasonably spacious.

We faced several room transfers,. The hotel parking situation required extra registering.

The stay was quite pleasant overall, especially since we were visiting some nearby attractions like Fuente Osmena and Santo Rosario Parish Church, both just a short walk away. I appreciated how the staff quickly returned my rings that I had accidentally left in the room, showing a genuine level of integrity. The room was clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our short stay. I did find that the towels provided looked quite worn and not very fresh.

Primeway Suites offers a fantastic location with easy access to numerous dining options, shopping, and a laundromat right below. the room was spacious, and the bathroom was well-designed with separate shower and toilet areas, perfect for groups. the quiet atrium and pure water dispenser added to the relaxing ambiance, making it an enjoyable stay.

There was a leak from the ceiling. My daughter slipped on the wet floor.

The staff here were capable and quick to help when needed. The bedroom was clean and tidy. The bathroom was fantastic, which is definitely a plus! 🛁.

We stayed for five nights as a family to explore the city. the hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, making dining and shopping easy. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing efficient service throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and equipped with essential toiletries. the eco-friendly water dispenser was a refreshing touch. Overall, the peaceful ambiance allowed for a restful sleep after our busy days.
